Preventive Maintenance

It’s your plane

The FAA authorizes you, the owner, to perform many regular maintenance tasks. However, may be you are uncertain about what exactly constitutes preventive maintenance, how to perform each task correctly, or don’t know what tools or supplies they should use. The Internet is a great resource to learn but it is hard to beat hands on with an expert. Crosswind Flight Academy’s Preventive Maintenance program is here to help! Our experienced instructors are aircraft owners, pilots, and mechanics and have performed thousands of aircraft maintenance and servicing tasks across the majority of GA aircraft types.
